Citadel: Base Grey Knights Steel 12Ml

This Grey Knights Steel has the perfect metallic consistency straight out of the pot—no need to thin it much for a solid base coat. It covered my Space Marine pauldrons in one smooth layer, which sped up my batch painting session. Really happy with how it brings out the armor details without looking

I was a bit worried the metallic finish would be too shiny for a base coat, but it layers perfectly under washes. The 12ml pot is plenty for a whole squad, and it covers evenly without needing to thin it too much.

The coverage is excellent and it goes on smooth right out of the pot, which saves me a lot of time on my Grey Knights. I was a bit worried about the consistency, but it's perfect for base coating without needing multiple thin layers.
