Citadel: Layer Thunderhawk Blue 12Ml

The consistency on this one is spot on—thin coats built up smoothly without any clumping or chalkiness, and the blue stayed true even over a dark primer. It’s the first layer paint I’ve used that doesn’t need three rounds of cleanup on the brush.

I was painting some Space Marine shoulder pads and this blue went on thin enough to not obscure the details underneath. One coat gave a solid, consistent finish that matched perfectly with the base I'd already applied.

The coverage is really smooth and builds up nicely on my space marine shoulder pads. I just wish the pot was a little bit bigger for the price, but the color itself is perfect for my chapter's scheme.
