Marvel: Crisis Protocol - Phoenix & Phoenix Unleashed

I've been using Phoenix in my X-Men squad, and the alternate unleashed sculpt is a huge bonus—she looks menacing on the table. Assembly was straightforward, and the paint job on the flames pops with just a little dry brushing. Definitely fills a key spot for powerful psychic characters.

I grabbed this mainly to run the Phoenix Unleashed version in my X-Men lists, and the two-sided mechanic adds way more decision-making than I expected. The flame effects on the base also look great next to my other red models.

The sculpt captures Jean Grey's iconic look perfectly, and the two separate sculpts for normal and Phoenix Unleashed forms give you great display options. I've been waiting for this character in Crisis Protocol since the X-Men dropped, and the detail on the fiery effects is just stunning.
