Star Wars: Legion - جنود الشاطئ الإمبراطوريون

The mortar trooper model has a lot of nice detail on the bipod and base, and the extra unit leader options give good variety for building out a squad. These fit right in with my existing force.

The Detachment keyword makes slotting these guys into an existing corps list stupidly easy, and the mortar trooper sculpt is a nice centerpiece for the unit. Painted up the two squads over a weekend and they fit the table presence I was hoping for.

I was glad to see this reissue includes the DF-90 Mortar Trooper with the Detachment keyword, making army building a bit more flexible. The sculpts are crisp and detailed, though I wish the instructions were a little clearer for the mortar assembly.
