The 60mm base for the Great Maw is impressively large, and the sculpt details really pop once you start painting. I'm glad they included the full 1.0 ruleset integration so I can field it right away.

The Butcher K model has such clean, sharp detail on the cleaver and apron that it’s going to be a joy to paint, and the 60mm base for the Great Maw gives it an imposing presence on the table. I’ve already planned out a grimdark basing scheme for this warband, and the sculpts fit the trench crusade v

The Great Maw mini looks amazing with that 60mm base, but the long pre-order wait until April 2026 is a bit of a drag. I’m still excited to see how the Butcher K unit plays in the 1.0 ruleset. It’s a solid buy for now if you’ve got patience.
