Red Dragon Inn: Allies- Cormac

The theme alone sold me—who knew a barbarian prince fighting bureaucracy could be this fun? We’ve played three rounds already, and the mix of city-building and combat keeps everyone engaged. Setup was quicker than I expected for a game this deep, and the rulebook is actually readable.

Picked this up to add some variety to our game nights, and Cormac's unique "barbarian bureaucracy" mechanic is surprisingly fun and tactical. The card art is fantastic, too, really capturing that gritty frontier feel.

Finally, a barbarian who's more about paperwork than pillaging - so refreshing. Cormac's card abilities really lean into that city-bureaucrat angle, and it makes for some clever plays at the table. Adds just the right dose of chaos to our game nights.
