The pigment is dense enough that one thin coat over a dark primer gives a proper metallic finish, and the coverage stays smooth without clogging the brush. I used it for gunmetal trim and it leveled out nicely, though I did need a second pass on the recesses.

The pigmentation is so rich that one coat covers like two of my other hobby paints, and it flows off the brush without needing much thinning. I've been using it for all my copper trim details and it layers beautifully without getting chalky.

I was worried this copper would look too pinkish, but it's got a nice warm metallic tone that works well for armor trim. It goes on smoothly over a black primer, though I did need two thin coats for full opacity.
