Slaves To Darkness: Battletome

The army organization section alone saved me hours of list-building, and the background lore gives real weight to every Chaos force I field. Even the core rules are laid out cleaner than I expected for a battletome this dense.

The lore sections alone ate up an entire evening for me, it's genuinely dense and immersive for the mortal realms. Army organization is laid out clearly too, so I had a warband list scribbled down before I even finished the background chapters.

I’ve been using this battletome for a few games now, and the army organization section is incredibly helpful for planning my lists. The background lore is decent, but I wish there were more detailed painting guides included.
