This one coat of Wyldwood gives such a rich, dark brown that I didn't need to do any touch-ups on the leather parts. It settles nicely into the recesses without staining the raised areas too much.

I was skeptical about one-coat coverage, but this Wyldwood really does lay down a rich brown with natural shadows in a single pass. It saved me so much time painting the wooden bits on my goblin horde.

This stuff is witchcraft in a bottle. One coat over a light primer gave me the deep, warm brown I needed for wood grain, and the shading just appeared on its own. The 18ml pot has lasted me through an entire warband with plenty left over.
