This pink base coat goes on smoothly and doesn't need multiple layers to get a solid finish. I used it for a dark eldar warrior's cloak and the color depth is exactly what I wanted.

Thinned it down a bit and it still covered the model in one layer, which is exactly what I needed for a base coat. The consistency out of the pot is a touch thicker than I prefer, but that's an easy fix with a drop of water.
