Necrons: Psychomancer

Picked this up for a narrative campaign, and the way the Psychomancer’s hooded head and staff are sculpted really sells the whole psychological warfare vibe—plus, it’s a clean, multi-part resin cast that needed almost no cleanup.

The way the necrodermis tendrils wrap around the base gives the model such a menacing, flowing silhouette. I spent a good hour just painting the skull and energy coils, and the sculpt makes it easy to pick out every detail. Really happy with how it’s going to look on the tabletop.

The tiny details on the Psychomancer's terror weapon really pop once painted, and the plastic was crisp with no mold lines. It's a surprisingly fun build for a model that's meant to look like pure dread.
