Eva N. ★★★★★

I was hooked from the first chapter—the tension on Davin is palpable, and the way Horus’s fall begins feels so real. The pages have a nice weight, and the font size is comfortable for long reading sessions.

Joshua ★★★★★

The paperback's cover art really sets the grim tone of the Great Crusade perfectly. I was hooked from the first chapter, especially the brutal battle on Davin that Horus barely survives. It's a dense, satisfying read for any Warhammer 40k fan.

Riley ★★★★☆

The paperback’s binding held up fine through a few weeks of nightly reading, and the pacing on Davin really pulls you in. Only gripe is the cover art feels a bit plain compared to the newer editions, but the story’s solid enough that I didn’t mind.
