Ryan G. ★★★★★

The co-op gameplay really shines as we all work together to get the company back to the mountain. The game board and miniatures look fantastic on the table.

Carter ★★★★☆

The tension ramps up nicely once the Arkenstone gets close, and the cooperative dice-rolling keeps everyone on edge without feeling unfair. Only gripe is the setup takes a bit longer than I'd like on a weeknight, but the theme pulls you right into Middle-earth once the first turn starts.

Alexander ★★★☆☆

We had fun with the cooperative mechanics, but the miniatures felt a bit flimsy compared to what I expected from a game at this price point. The quest cards kept things interesting for a few plays, though.
