Gamers Grass: Spikey Green

Gamers Grass: Spikey Green - Main image
$6.47 $9.37 In stock

Long-sized tufts with dense and ramified branches in a green colour. Best used to recreate dense patches of thorny shrubs. Combined with Yellow Flowers will replicate gorse spiny scrubs, common in all temperate regions. Also to be used in combination with other sizes and colours, giving your scenes a realistic height diversity and convincing plant stratification.

This sheet contains around 70 different shaped and sized tufts for your scale models, hobby figures and scenic dioramas.

Tufts peel off the sheet one by one and they are ready to use. We recommend using a pair of tweezers for this. For a more tough and permanent fix, you can use a little PVA glue.

Stella J. ★★★★★

The branches are dense enough that a single tuft covers a lot of ground, which saved me time layering. They hold their shape well when glued down, and the green reads as very natural against darker bases.

Edward ★★★★★

I used these to build a gorse patch on my diorama base, and the dense, ramified branches look perfect for thorny scrub. They stand out nicely against the yellow flowers I mixed in, giving it a really wild, overgrown feel. The length of the tufts made layering quick and easy.

David ★★★★☆

The branches are nice and dense, so they really fill out the base of my diorama. I just wish the green was a shade or two more muted for a realistic look.
